I am excited to share the success story of our booth activation at the Semua Murid Semua Guru, Pesta Pendidikan 2023 event. Leading my team, we brainstormed creatively to design a standing exhibition booth that showcased our organization, ‘Hutan Itu Indonesia,’ and its flagship program, Forest Adoption especially Mangrove Tree Adoption. The booth featured interactive banners with innovative flip-up designs, engaging the visitors’ curiosity.
Through our thoughtful planning and collaborative effort, we successfully attracted a significant foot traffic of approximately 750+ participants. Moreover, 80+ individuals actively engaged with our booth, demonstrating a remarkable engagement rate. The event attendees showed genuine interest in our cause, and our interactive approach effectively conveyed the essence of our organization and its mission. The positive response from the visitors validated our efforts and highlighted the importance of environmental conservation. I am proud of our team’s dedication and creativity, which led to the booth’s undeniable success. This experience reaffirms our commitment to raising awareness about the Indonesian forest and the imperative need for mangrove conservation.

Green Diplomacy Week 2023
Creating a compelling booth activation for Green Diplomacy Week 2023 was a journey that began with a creative brainstorming process. We wanted to convey the essence of “Hutan Itu Indonesia” and the concept of the “5 Forest Senses,” which engage visitors’ five senses: touch, sight, smell, taste, and hearing. We meticulously detailed each sense, allowing visitors to feel the moss, touch the rugged stones, and explore the textures of tree bark. The scent of the forest wafted through the air, and the gentle sounds of the woods played in the background. We displayed captivating forest imagery and videos, transporting visitors to the heart of the Indonesian jungle. To make the experience interactive, we provided engaging games like VR experience, spin wheels and puzzles, fostering a sense of exploration and fun.
As we constructed the booth, our team worked tirelessly to ensure every element was in place, from the intricate decor to the technical setups. We meticulously placed exhibits, lights, and games to create an immersive experience for our visitors. It was a culmination of teamwork and dedication, and we couldn’t be prouder of the final result.
The success of our booth was evident in the remarkable increase in foot traffic, with approximately 400+ participants enjoying the immersive forest experience. Over 350 people actively engaged with our booth, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach. The “Hutan Itu Indonesia” booth at Green Diplomacy Week 2023 achieved our goal of fostering a deeper appreciation for our forests and the 5 Forest Senses, leaving a lasting impression on all who visited. This project was a testament to the power of creativity, teamwork, and dedication in creating a memorable and impactful experience.

Tidak Takut Sendiri Pop Up Booth at Besthinc Fest 2023
On the Besthinc Fest 2023 event, our booth activation took on a meaningful initiative called “Fearless Alone” / “Tidak Takut Sendiri”, a movement encouraging young individuals to take small steps without fear, as these small actions are integral parts of the Earth’s ecosystem. As one of the leaders of the booth activation, I devised a creative strategy to engage visitors and promote our cause.
During our brainstorming session, I proposed the idea of creating a quiz to connect the theme of forests and their relevance to urban life. I designed 10 quiz questions related to forests and their interconnections with humans in the city using the Kahoot platform. This interactive quiz not only educated participants about the significance of forests but also highlighted their importance in our urban lives. The engaging nature of the quiz attracted a crowd to our booth, making it bustling with enthusiastic participants. People in the vicinity were intrigued, and the curiosity to explore our booth grew exponentially.
The result was beyond our expectations. We successfully gathered data from 200 leads, demonstrating the effectiveness of our engagement strategy. Moreover, our booth saw an impressive footfall of 1000 visitors over the course of two days. This accomplishment not only showcased the impact of our “Fearless Alone” movement but also emphasized the power of creative and interactive initiatives in drawing attention and fostering meaningful connections with the audience.
