Project Goal

I designed and coordinated arts and culture strategies that connected public imagination with climate and sustainability actions. My work focused on embedding measurable behavior change tools (Call to Actions or CTAs) into public events, leveraging creativity as an engine for collective impact.

What I Did

  • Embedded measurable CTAs into 3 national creative festivals: IdeaFest, Langkah Membumi Fest, and IKLIM Fest.

  • Developed and tested 20+ CTA formats across food, music, and art installations — from tree adoption to climate pledges to local food recook.

  • Led a hybrid evaluation process combining digital analytics (Linktree scans, clicks, conversions) with qualitative interviews and live audience observation.

  • Synthesized findings into a strategic playbook outlining the most effective formats, audience behavior patterns, and future recommendations for behaviorally-informed public programming.

Results

Reach

Over 30,000 participants across 3 events were exposed to CTA strategies.

Convertion

Achieved conversion rates up to 45% on specific actions such as "Calculate Your Carbon Footprint" and "Local Food Recook."

Impact

The most successful CTA — “Plant a Tree” — generated 900+ meals served, 423 actions taken, and inspired tangible climate commitments.
