Fast & Cureyours is a technology company that serves the telehealth consulting field with Mobile Health Technology products, namely Online Healthcare Technology. Fast & Cureyours available for Android and iOS smartphone users. Fast & Cureyours have many services in 1 application, but we will focus on Consult with Psychologist. We found that Fast & Cureyours have weakness in their Pre-Consultation Feature in the existing condition. This feature will be our Main Topic to research more to gain insight from the user
